I LOVE the rodeo! The entertainment, the thrills, the food, the animals, the people watching... My mom and I took the girls to the Flag Drill Team competition again this year. It is amazing. Everyone must go next year, and it is FREE! Kylie was in heaven because one of the teams dressed as Disney princesses. She thought they were REAL princesses and wanted to go see them after they performed.
This is not the greatest picture, sorry. But Ella wanted to show off her bandaids from her 2 month shots. She was so mad when she got her shots. Ella weighed in at 10 lbs. 8 oz. (50th percentile) and was 23 1/2 inches long (75th percentile).
Kylie is suddenly very excited about baseball. I am not sure if it is a new found love for the game or the princess baseball set she received from Jeff and Kara. She wants to play several times each day. Kylie takes great joy in saying, "you missed" after you swing at the horrible pitch she made.
I can't believe Kylie is 3! She had the greatest birthday ever. It started off right with a breakfast treat from Grandma. Kylie was thrilled to make a wish and blow out her candle. Matt took the afternoon off and we took Kylie to see "Up". Then we were off to Build a Bear...Kylie chose a pink bear and dressed her as Sleeping Beauty. She named her Aurora, of course! Next, Kylie helped us make her cake. After dinner there were presents...it was a never ending birthday day.
Birthday doughnut from Grandma!
Cake!
Kylie made Jeff ask Kara to dance so they could join her and Grandpa!
Kylie last year, turning 2.
Last year - looked younger, but still LOVED Cinderella.
